SPO Defence Military Consultancy L.L.C. is an advisory firm based in Dubai. We work closely with military entities in the UAE and internationally, helping them define what they need, build the capability to deliver it and make equipment decisions with confidence.
We are consultants, not vendors. Our role is to give decision-makers a clear, independent view of the options, the risks and the rules that apply, and to support them while the decision is carried out.
Working between the UAE and international partners means we are used to bridging different procedures, languages and expectations. We work in English and Arabic, and engagements can be run in either.

Discretion
Every engagement starts with a signed confidentiality agreement. Information is shared on a need-to-know basis.
Compliance
We work within UAE federal law, export-control regimes and end-user requirements. If a request falls outside them, we tell you.
Independence
We advise. We do not manufacture equipment, and our advice is not tied to any supplier.
What we do not do
We do not broker arms
We do not act as arms brokers. Procurement advice stays within the required government licences and export-control approvals.
Training stays lawful
Our training is safety-focused. We do not provide unlawful combat instruction, support for terrorism or prohibited weapons-related activity.
Defensive cyber only
We advise on defensive cybersecurity. Offensive cyber operations are not part of our services.

All information is collected lawfully, with strong privacy and data-protection controls.
